I recently visited this branch and had a very disappointing experience with the branch manager. During a transaction, another employee requested her assistance, and her attitude was noticeably unprofessional. She rolled her eyes while speaking to me and demonstrated a dismissive and unfriendly demeanor throughout the interaction. As customers, we expect a smooth and respectful banking experience. Never ever open an account with this terrible bank, they are nonsense
Everytime my family and I try going to this location it always ends up being a complete hassle. They have envented rules that are contrary to there written rules. I have gone to many other locations and have always been happy. This location acts as if they are upset that you came in. My advice is to fire the entire staff and to start from scratch.
Scheduled an appointment with a Banker , very bad and rude . Change your bank .
