I saw online US Bank is offering lunar 🧧 new year envelopes at their branch. I call ed the Orem and Provo branch. Neither have them. So disappointed.
We wanted a credit card for my daughter to start creating some credit, we have our money there so, my wife went with my daughter to get the card, somehow they convinced my wife to get a credit car for her, and later to add my daughter to that account guess what, the process of adding her was not approved, we went to the branch and the guy there said, nothing that we can do here, so I asked to cancel the card, and he said we can't do it here either. Looking to close my all accounts here. I received a charge on my account with no explanation (analysis service charge). I spent 20-30 minutes on hold and being transferred to various people and was even transfer to a branch in Idaho! (eye roll). When I was finally able to talk to this Orem branch where the charge originated he said he was leaving for the day (at 4:15pm) and said he couldn't help me. They stole my money from ATM machine and they don’t want to give me back they say they have to do the processes , when the employee admitted that he found the money on the ATM machine. Now when I call they hang up the phone or put the machine talk, Take the money out of this bank because they are going to steal everything you have .
Will leave you waiting on the phone for an extended period of time. Looking to move my business account elsewhere.
