Branch manager Tiffany was extremely rude, hung up on us, and generally lacked any inclination toward customer service.
Have never felt the desire to share a review for a business until now. I called in to get assistance with a situation that had extenuating circumstances from being laid off for a month. The branch manager, Tiffany, was completely unresponsive to the situation and even went so far as to hang up in the middle of the conversation. I would have expected this sort of behavior from a teenage fast-food worker with no discipline. Don't use U.S bank as they will happily steal your money through overdraft fees, regardless of your circ... read more
