My card didn’t work. I came in for a replacement card. The blond hair lady told me she couldn’t make a new card or a temporary one. She said that I needed to call the US bank hot line. I went to another US bank down the street. The guy was a professional banker. Unlike that fancy liar lady. He made me a temporary card right away. The permanent card is on the way. Now I know where to go.
