This financial institution sucks. Im constantly amazed at their incompetence, insincerity and extremely slow pace. They are proof that it takes money to make money. Update..nothing has changed
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a US Bank Credit Card and have been disputing a charge since April. The representative can see where I was not refunded, however when it goes to an investor they find a reason to deny it. Some fraud protection. DO NOT GET A US BANK Credit card. You will NOT be protected.

Try to call the bank to get an appointment!!! I go to the app. Can't talk to anyone, can't understand a word they say!!! Why don't they answer the phone?
