Absolutely no customer support or customer service at this Branch or nationally. All branches are woefully understaffed, and not interested in helping the customer at all. We are all directed to call the 800 number or Bank online. Operators are also woefully understaffed and call times can often reach an hour or more. I have been a customer of US Bank for 20 years, and I will be closing my bank accounts with them and my credit card accounts as well. Worst drive thru, it takes so long. I had to buzz them so they could get started. Then they proceed to help the second car that arrived first, I was in the drive through for 20 min!
