Waited for 30 min just for them to tell me we can’t cash your check not worth banking there or going
Customer service was pathetic. I waited 30 mins in line with just another customer. The 2 tellers were taking their time yapping with their clients with complete disregard for people waiting. I do not completely blame the tellers but the manager and her assistants who were sitting at their tables checking their emails. In any other reputable businesses , the managers come to the rescue to help out (e.g.. open another booth or another check-out line etc.). Don’t do currency changes here. First, the exchange rate was inaccurate. Euro are not 1.04 to the dollar as of May 21, 2025 but that’s the rate according to them. It’s 1.14 so they ripped me off there. Second, they charged me twice an exchange fee of 10 dollars each. Called for them to fix it and they made it look like they did but didn’t. So basically stole money from me twice. Called Customer service and nothing can be done on their side. I would have to call in the branch again or go inside to fix the mistake.
