It was a great experience with this bank trying to open an account fast and reliable professional service
I wish to give this branch less than 1 star if I can. Every time I come in, the branch is empty and the tellers are in their cellphones doing nothing but checking their FB and IG Acct and they always give me an attitude about coming right before they close and I must to come early for LG transaction. What on earth they give me this attitude while they play on their phones and doing nothing. Worst branch ever!!!!!

I need to access the safety deposit box. The branch is closed due to covid-19. No-one is answering the phone at the branch The website has no instructions about whom to contact. I have called the 800 number at the corporate, they were not able to help me. I desperately need the document inside the safety deposit box. I hope someone will read this and let me know how to do it.
