U.S. Bank phone customer service is the worst and extremely frustrating. Unable to speak to anyone..! I own a small business and wanted to re-order business checks. This WAS PAINFULLY INEFFECIENT!
They couldn't do what I needed done today and told me I needed to come back Monday.
I seldom write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this location due to the exceptionally poor customer service. I arrived at the branch shortly after opening, at 09:30 am, only to find the staff seemingly uninterested in assisting customers. Despite the presence of three bank tellers, only one was actively working, while the others appeared indifferent to the growing line of patrons.
