The worst. Friday 10/10 at 7:58 a.m. we saw that we were overdrawn by $18.18. We immediately initiated a bank to bank transfer. Monday (10/13) was a holiday, so when we checked on Tuesday our other bank had cleared the transaction but US Bank had not. We called on Wednesday (10/15) and Devin told us it takes three days to do bank to bank transfers… great news we wish someone would’ve told us before, but that Ren the branch manager would take off the $72.00 in fees as soon as the deposit had cleared. Have banked with US Bank for years, in fact they are an affiliate of the company I work for. Went to this branch to complete a wire transfer, have completed several in the past months for a construction project, nothing out of the ordinary. The bank teller told me she couldn’t process my request because she was the only teller available and had to be available for other customers.
