Terrible service. I’ve had these accounts for 20+ years and decided to close after I witnessed such poor service. It was never a good bank to begin with due to higher fees and low deposit rates, but the location worked for me. I’ve finally decided that I’ve had enough.
Horrible customer service! I had to come here a handful of times to cash a cashiers check and each time but one I have had bad service. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Nikki, who was absolutely rude. Every time I have come here, there has been different rules for cashing a cashiers check. The first time I came, I was asked for my Social Security number and the most recent visit, today, I was asked for a second form of ID which I have always only provided my drivers license.
