I have never seen a more inept skill set with US Bank. They told me the computer said that I could not do a wire. And they didn't know why. They looked at my with the most blank expression and just shrugged and said that they couldn't call anybody. This is why branches are closing. Nobody knows anything anymore that a computer doesn't tell them. Skip this branch is at all possible.
Be prepared to wait a long time in line while customers having pointless conversations with the tellers. Also, if you speak spanish, you'll get treated better. Sometimes I feel dumber by the minute when I come here.
