This is a great location. The entire staff, past and present have always been wonderful. I originally would come here just for my work’s bank deposits. I enjoyed the staff and location so much I ended up opening my own account here!

I had a nightmare experience purchasing a faulty gift card several weeks back from Ralph's. Since the gift card wasn't working nor was it recognized as a legitimate card, I called customer service (US Bank phone # on back of the card) and they requested for me to fax over several pages worth of information. I literally faxed over the same information four times (one time via mobile app, three times via UPS store) and they said the content on the pages were "illegible" and blurry.
