It's a bad location; the ATM is out of service at least once a week and never dispenses $100 bills. It's so annoying and disappointing to visit this bank, wasting my time driving to this branch.
My husband and I visited on a Saturday at 1230 to open a new checking account. The banker who helped us was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and stayed late to help us set up everything. We're happy to be banking with US Bank!

I can’t tell you how fed-up & frustrated with this Bank. Old & out-dated banking System/Culture. Deposit your money some where else: JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, or Bank of America. Hard Working People like “US Never Again.”
I urge you as a consumer to bank somewhere else. The amount of confusion & IT maintains is confusing. Including there banking staff is inadequate. In addition there terrible Banking App.
