Great service at this location Had some issues with my account and they took great care of me will gladly be staying a customer with US bank because of the customer service at the location!
WORST PLACE TO BANK.
I always find the employees at this branch friendly, helpful and competent in my interactions with them. Most call me by name. Occasionally, it takes a long time to be served but that is true anywhere one goes for myriad reasons. I am quite happy with the personalized services I get here.
I just went in to cash a check and they told me no it's too much. I have never had a bank refuse their jobs like this. Employees are as dumb as they come so they're no help and of course it's my fault they're stupid and lazy. I will be leaving usbank I will have all my family and friends leave too. This bank is a huge scam I've been with this bank for at least 8 years and now they're doing this why?
