Unable to talk to someone at a local branch by phone. That's frustrating when youre inquiring about a service and don't want to make the 30 minute drive to the branch
The branch manager is intentionally unhelpful and incompetent. Use the Mesa Mall branch or another bank.
Great service at this location Had some issues with my account and they took great care of me will gladly be staying a customer with US bank because of the customer service at the location!
