The drive through is sooooo slow. I waited for almost 15 min and there was only 1 other person here!!!!
I went in to change my address and was told I needed to sit down and wait for a banker to help me. I waited around 20 or so minutes with nobody else in the bank and people all around to help me. I left and went to the branch in Clifton and the teller was able to help me immediately and was out in 5 minutes. I didn’t need a banker to help me change it.
