Walked in to request a cashier check and it went smooth! As soon as I was about to drive off, i had to come back in to redo my check after a misspelled on my name which was my fault for not fully checking but they were really nice enough to do it!
Great service. I was in and out within half hour for a complex issue as a walk-in with a personal banker (no appointment). Friendly group of people. All in all a positive experience.
I’ve been here multiple times and never had a long wait or problem. Today I had a complex, special request that required a lot of research. A banker there named Maria spent a lot of time on it and eventually found the answers I needed. She was super welcoming and helpful. I feel that other people would have stopped once they encountered some of the road blocks she faced, but Maria was persistent. Thank you Maria!
Absolute worst branch I've ever visited. There's seemingly never more than one teller working and the bankers can't be bothered to assist, even if there's nobody in their offices. Check registers? Good luck. Whether it's drive-up or you go inside, be prepared to wait - no matter how many people are there.
If I could give zero stars… worst experience ever. Have been waiting for over an hour to see a teller, only six people in line and still waiting, no explanations.
