We went in to open a teen account for my child. The staff did not have any knowledge of the teen account details. The branch manager was then called over to help. He was very combative and rude to us. He seemed annoyed that we were trying to open an account that he himself also didn’t have any knowledge of. I had to pull up the corporate US Bank website and show him the details after he didn’t believe me. He then scolded his staff saying they will no longer be allowed to do those types of accounts until they get the details ... read more
Needed help waiving fees for my elderly mother’s account. No one would help me since I live out of state, and a promised call from the Branch Manager never happened. Bank somewhere else!
