They stopped sending me paper monthly statements. I went through at least 15 recordings and was never able to speak to someone. I finally tried to report a stolen credit card, but the gal said she can’t get access to my account. Started at this bank in the 70’s as a kid, but I’m done. They have money to build football stadiums but won’t hire people to service customers.
Would give no stars if I could. US Bank is the most useless company I have ever dealt with. They make you call their stupid 800 number for everything even when you go into a branch, then they all give you different information so you never actually have a straight answer on when something is going to be done. I am closing all of my accounts here as soon as I am able. Customer service is non-exisistant.
