Anytime I have to deal with this location the customer service is very bad. It starts at the top with the branch manager James
James will do anything but help you. As he's on his personal phone taking a call in front of customers point you down to his other coworkers who are busy or actually helping other people.
Such discrimination, employee see customer they try to hide or if they see you act busy, cube people band down ,they insult people, Brian he his seems new in America he guard they have Curtis coffee set up he doesn't want peoples to take coffee he fight with peoples talk to manager about Brian about his behavior never even apologized, very bad behavior of employees in romance plaza location
went there to open a trust account and Andre helped me with it and got everything setup for me. He went over and above to complete the task at hand. Been banking there for at least 30 years. never had an issue with usbank.
