Me and my wife have spent over 40 hours 8 bank visits and over 20 phone calls trying to open a new bank account and setup a redirection of funds from an account the bank closed a day before my wife was supposed to receive her first paycheck in months with zero notification it was going to be close by mail, text, call, voicemail, or in app notification. Have a great experience at this Branch and Willie has been our go to and he is exceptional.
They stopped sending me paper monthly statements. I went through at least 15 recordings and was never able to speak to someone. I finally tried to report a stolen credit card, but the gal said she can’t get access to my account. Started at this bank in the 70’s as a kid, but I’m done. They have money to build football stadiums but won’t hire people to service customers.
