went there to open a trust account and Andre helped me with it and got everything setup for me. He went over and above to complete the task at hand. Been banking there for at least 30 years. never had an issue with usbank.
Me and my wife have spent over 40 hours 8 bank visits and over 20 phone calls trying to open a new bank account and setup a redirection of funds from an account the bank closed a day before my wife was supposed to receive her first paycheck in months with zero notification it was going to be close by mail, text, call, voicemail, or in app notification.
