Might as well close this branch. Closed on Saturday which is the only time most working 8-5 people need. Close on a Monday, ffs. Useless branch, waste of space.

She opened up a new account with me, walked me through every step in a very sociable and helpful manner and even went beyond in exploring a potential issue with my account.
