Excellent, helpful staff who stuck 15 minutes through closing time to assist me with my account issue! I arrived 30 minutes before closing thinking it would be sufficient time to resolve my situation but it took ~45 minutes to resolve because phone customer service was not well trained to handle my situation with the staff. Staff were very polite throughout the process and apologetic about my wait time to get this resolved.
