I truly don’t think that the branch manager could’ve been any ruder. I had to immediately call the corporate office to report her. I have never been given so much attitude with her snapping at my mother and I like she didn’t want us there and truly did not want to help us. If you are a US bank user run far far away from this branch.
It’s often very busy, but if you don’t mind a quick wait, they provide excellent customer service
