My experience at this U.S. Bank branch was extremely disappointing. Due to a bank employee’s errors and lack of professionalism, my financial interests were negatively impacted. What was even more unacceptable was that after the issue occurred, the branch manager, Jorge, did not take proactive steps to resolve the problem. Instead, the matter was repeatedly avoided and delayed, demonstrating a lack of basic accountability. If you want to avoid unnecessary trouble, I would not recommend choosing this branch.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this US Bank branch. My wife and I visited this branch to apply for a company debit card and a company credit card. We were very clear about our request: the company debit card could include both of our names, and we wanted only ONE company credit card, specifically to qualify for the $750 promotional reward. Our experience with US Bank was extremely disappointing. Yazmin was ill prepared, lacked professionalism and accountability for her lack of knowledge of the process of filing a small estate affidavit. I called yesterday at 12:00 pm and was greeted by Yazmin. She asked what I needed help with.
