The staff at this branch are exemplary. I go inside the bank about twice a month & when I do, I find the most helpful, professional and knowledgeable bank people. The customer service levels at this branch are the best I have found in the area & I have tried 5 other local banks. They have earned my loyalty & trust. Hello I wanted to open a business account Friday but the teller said there was only 2 working. At first she said she could set up an appointment but later said "go online and make an appointment." She was not apologetic at all and I asked how long (ballpark) it would take to set up the account in case I could go at lunch and she did not know ..I thought she was a little curt and just wanted me to leave.
