Very unprofessional teller named “Mike” got upset because I was concerned and had questions about my auto loan I’m refinancing with them. He didn’t know any of the answers to the questions I had and yelled at me saying he was doing the best he could after I finally asked for a manager and then he just hung up on me? So unprofessional and incompetent and really probably should not work with the public.
The tellers are wonderful..very friendly and effecient. Have had to stay in line 5 minutes and also 30 minutes but they do their jobs well. Thankyou for being open now.
