Horrible customer service! The woman with dirty blonde hair at the sit down station refused to let my husband sign a check over to me for deposit. I have been a usbank customer for over 15 years as well as an employee at one point. Also, anyone is more than able to check my account history and see that this has been a regular transaction between my husband and I for 6 years. If I could do negative 1000 stars I would. This is the worst bank location in entirety. The staff is horrible and rude. The manager doesn't care and will not solve any situation that comes her way. She is never there and the employees do the exact same. They will do nothing but waste your time. Do not bank with this company. They will steal your money and your time! US BANK IS THE WORST BANK.
