Ortiz was her name and didn’t care about anything we asked about. Ortiz said putting a cashiers check from us bank is not good because it could get lost in the mail. Worst bank ever and I don’t no why they don’t fix it and fire all the rude people that work there. The teller was so rude and acted like she didn’t even want to work. So horrible to se this in my state.
Poor customer service. They fall back on "well, it's Bank policy" without ever trying to really help you.
If you have questions about financing, loans, personal lines of credit or anything else stop in and see Meena. She took about 5 minutes with me to assess my situation and then gave me two options, assessment of loan ratings, showed me details on my app on how to check my credit score and then within 1/2 hour I was out the door with the financial needs I needed for an emergent surgery for my granddog. Employees are fantastic. They don’t have enough people. Been waiting 20 minutes for a teller. Really poor customer service. Would not recommend this branch
