I would give zero if I could. My uncle died and they were nothing but rude and disrespectful to my mourning family as we were trying to close accounts. I would not be banking with them ever!
I visit numerous US Bank branches and this one is the best. The tellers greet you and are always willing to help. I particularly enjoy working with Ian. He provides fast friendly service with a smile. Ian also recommend services I had not considered like a CD and a new credit card. Much appreciated, thank you Ian!
