Great personal service
On two separate visits I met with Roxanne to discuss and eventually open a Trust Checking account. Roxanne was most helpful and knowledgeable. The pace at the branch on both occasions was relaxed, yet competent and efficient. I found the building to be clean and in good repair. The space inside is well suited to what happens there. The parking is adequate, but a bit short of remarkable. Right off route 53 with decent ingress and egress. The ATM has been reliable and has OK space to accommodate it.
Very slow line, there were 2 people being helped when I went in, after 20 minutes the same 2 people were being helped and I had things to do so i cashed the check using my phone and went to the atm outside to get the cash I needed. By the time I finished no one had left the building. They had like 6 registers and only 2 people working them. Idk
Very helpful and always available to give recommendation regarding my account. Special mention to Roxanne who helped me a lot regarding online banking....
