Great customer service!
My handful of experiences at this location were met with unprofessionalism and excessive scrutiny. The location itself feels like a bleak prison with American flags slapped around it. Ironic. US Bank as a whole is subpar logistically, from a user experience standpoint, and technically within their app. $1,500 transfer limits are absurd, and I do not need to be sold on opening a savings account when calling customer service. Do yourself a favor, go to BMO or Chase.
Nimisha is the best! Professional, reliable, patient, and offers a quick turnaround whenever I have a request. I go to her every time because she is more helpful than so many other bankers that I have worked with in the past.
