Twice in the past month my debit card was frozen with NO notification! The first time was actually fraud and the second time I reported an unknown charge on my OLD CARD that they had closed and they closed my new card. Again - NO NOTIFICATION!! It was so embarrassing to have my card declined. I've been banking with them for almost 30 years, and have several times vowed to quit them. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. They do NOT have their customer's back!
I have used us bank since I was in my early high school years and I have had zero problems until today. I used the ATM that I always use after seeing two people use it before me with no problems. When it was my turn, I deposited a stack of bills. It started counting them….then it counted them again…..and again. Then it displayed a message on screen that said “this atm is out of service”. going in person usually isn't an issue for me, but good lord their ATM is down about half the time. I wait tables and frequently need to deposit my cash for bills, and going in person to deposit cash isn't always feasible if i need to deposit my cash on a sunday or in the evening when i'm not at work.
My wife and I were setting up new accounts at this bank and the customer service (Eydee) and the Branch Manager (Dana) were so friendly and informative. We are “old school” people and rather than shaming us, they helped explain use of apps, direct pay,etc in a very friendly manner. The interest rates are competitive and the entire experience was pleasant. Well done!
I've been banking here for many, many years. I don't go in that often, but everytime I do, the service is great. The location is very convenient for ATM use also.
