I've been a US Bank customer for several years. This branch in Loveland always has friendly staff and is super helpful.
I have been with US Bank for over 40 years and the customer service continues to get worse over the years. At the Loveland CO location there is no customer service anymore. I deposited a very large amount of money to my account ( a national investment company) and was told I had to wait for 1 to 3 days for it to clear. Ok. I went to the bank four days later to find a sign on the door saying temporally closed. No explanation other than to use the drive through in which only one of three lanes was open.
