It would be -10 if you could. They let a (Maria Hildago) impersonated a branch manager and walk off with our 6 figures of money. What kind of bank lets this go down. There is shatty security! Dont go there! Your money will walk out without you!
The employees are all kind And good
Avoid this bank at all costs. The ATM and customer service reps have given me grief to the point where I'm forced to switch banks. The ATM is frequently down and has in the past taken my money and given me an error, forcing me to wait weeks before being reimbursed. The tellers at this location are absolutely unhelpful and rude. They have an awful app with terrible live agents who are absolutely unhelpful.
