As a Bussiness owner that owns not 1 Bussiness but a few this service is horrible, came in stating my wallet was stolen I asked to verify my account anyway that was needed id provide, they stated they couldn’t get me a temporary card without id” yet knowing my wallet was stolen. Help your long time customers, and come up with a conclusion vs saying oh go to a downtown branch where they know you”
