BEWARE!!!! At THIS Branch The manager named Jasmine seems to have a split personality one second she seems to be polite on the phone when I spoke to her. However when I came into the branch there was maybe four ladies and the manager Jasmine standing around Just talking and I was not greeted as I came in, no one acknowledged ME until I Said to the Security Guard "Good Morning at least you're Greeting me and not ignoring my presence!!" This has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had with U.S. Bank. I had a transfer that was to be done and it took almost a month to be resolved and I ended up having to cancel the wire altogether anyway. Lisa Givan was the representative helping me and instead of being honest about not understanding what she was doing at the moment and getting additional help I was constantly met with issues and lies.
