Bad customer service and unwilling to help with any of my inquiries and kept telling me to do things on the app. I will be switching to a local credit union.
We were dealing with insurance checks and contractors. Ran into some snags with my credit union. Called this branch and spoke with Jessica. She is amazing. Knew what needed to be done, how and when. She had things handled quickly and made the entire experience a breeze.Turned the entire situation from stressful to a sigh of relief. Definitely suggest giving her a call for any of your banking needs. She has made a difference for us and we will be continuing our relationship with US Bank because of her.
This location provides very poor customer service. I told the teller in this location that I need a certain bank service and told her what it was. She asked me to wait for 45 minutes then told me no. I ended up going to US bank branch on 4500 S 900 E location and it was done very professionally. This shows me the issue is with the employees not with the US Bank. This happened with me twice now by the location. Forgetting their job is to serve clients. Not giving them hard time.
