Got there at 4:01 pm. They turned off the lights and told me they were closed as I stood there. I said I just needed to make a cash deposit into an account that I didn't have a card for. They told me to use the ATM or come back at 930 the next day. I'll be closing my multiple accounts with US bank and not use them going forward.
I have had some ups and downs at this branch. First off, there's an awesome banker there, Bayli, who gets me in and out fast, but is very kind an helpful. However, I've also waited in line, when she's the only one doing anything to help her customers. There's other people there sitting in the office and sometimes she's had to stop what she's doing to go ask for help, even though there are windows and you can see there's a huge line and she needs help. Needed to pay for a cashier's check and teller kept running my card as an advance. Now my other bank charged me a cash advance fee. When I asked why she kept saying advance, she said that is just what we call the charge but that it wasn't a cash advance. She had no idea what she was talking about and now caused me fees. Not happy.
They need more staff on Saturday Morning. Waited in line for 30min for a very simple transaction.
