I’ve lost trust in US Bank’s fraud protections. Scammers have become extremely sophisticated, yet when customers are hit with unauthorized charges, the bank defaults to deflecting responsibility instead of protecting account holders. Being told to “take it up with Apple” after a full review shows how little real protection exists. This is hands down our favorite US Bank branch! They are always friendly and helpful. We go out of our way to go to this branch and will pass 2 or 3 others to use this one.
They shouldn’t even have the word bank in their name. My wife tried getting a $6000 withdrawal and they said they don’t have that kind of money at that branch. So you’re robbing all your customers and don’t want to give nobody their money. WOW
