This is hands down our favorite US Bank branch! They are always friendly and helpful. We go out of our way to go to this branch and will pass 2 or 3 others to use this one.
They shouldn’t even have the word bank in their name. My wife tried getting a $6000 withdrawal and they said they don’t have that kind of money at that branch. So you’re robbing all your customers and don’t want to give nobody their money. WOW
I am absolutely livid. One of your tellers Laura, messed up my bank account so badly because of her negligence to pay attention to the customer. She caused my account to go from having a very good standing balance to a negative because she didn't care. I am needing this resolved ASAP before I involve my attorneys
