Copperhills branch ALWAYS has a friendly staff, always trying to go the extra mile always helpful. Follow ups are on point. Danny O knows your name, knows your needs, a great manager! When the previous manager Rachel T left for maternity we were pretty sure we would be on the hunt for a great manager again, she was so fantastic! I’ve lost trust in US Bank’s fraud protections. Scammers have become extremely sophisticated, yet when customers are hit with unauthorized charges, the bank defaults to deflecting responsibility instead of protecting account holders. Being told to “take it up with Apple” after a full review shows how little real protection exists. FDIC coverage feels meaningless when banks refuse to stand behind customers in real-world fraud situations. I would not recommend US Bank if you expect actual support when something goes wrong. This is hands down our favorite US Bank branch! They are always friendly and helpful. We go out of our way to go to this branch and will pass 2 or 3 others to use this one.
