Terrible. Avoid these amateurs. I applied for a credit card in Bank because it is the nearest my house and easy for me to access. 10 days later was told that it was not processed because I do not have a checking account with the bank. I went back in and opened a checking account as was suggested and another week later was told that the credit card had still not been processed. I was asked to apply again. I went in to retrieve a recent mortgage statement that I’ve been paying for two years. They have no record? “Oh just create an account and try and access it yourself” website experiencing technical difficulties. I ask “can you just email a digital copy to me an the loan officer?” PDF unable to open. These people are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. A simple mortgage statement. That’s all I need.
