Extremely slow customer service. They need more competent employees.
If I could give them a zero star review I would. Worst customer service I have ever seen. We filed a fraud complaint about some charges that were posted to our account, and what do they do, they close both of our accounts without telling us, leaving us with absolutely no access to money. Branch manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Literally no compassion for the fact that they were leaving us with nothing right around the Christmas holidays.
