I have had two bad interactions with Sofia or Sophie at this bank. She is very rude and someone needs to bring back people that want to work and not feel entitled or obnoxious. Ive been banking with US Bank for a little over 20 years. Opened my account at the one on Tatum by DR. With Pam, Julie, Jesus Love and Marie were around. I went to deposit a check at the branch and when asked to unfold the check it ripped on a fold in front of her. Her response, "sorry I cant help you anymore the check is dismantled." I'm not sure what's been going on with US Bank being short staffed lately but today I went into this location to do a deposit for my work. There was a total of FOUR employees, three behind the counter and a woman who looked to be the manager sitting inside the office by herself, not helping anyone, just sitting in there. The three employees behind the counter were helping ONE customer and there was one person in line ahead of me and one person behind me waiting to be helped. Horrendous banking experience. Terrible customer service. Don’t have my actual debit card in over 2 months, been ordered 2 times! didn’t offer me a temp card, and I’m a brand new customer. Just signed up at desert financial and I’m closing my account here ASAP. The women here are rude and inconsistent.
