I'm not sure what's been going on with US Bank being short staffed lately but today I went into this location to do a deposit for my work. There was a total of FOUR employees, three behind the counter and a woman who looked to be the manager sitting inside the office by herself, not helping anyone, just sitting in there. Horrendous banking experience. Terrible customer service. Don’t have my actual debit card in over 2 months, been ordered 2 times! didn’t offer me a temp card, and I’m a brand new customer. Just signed up at desert financial and I’m closing my account here ASAP. The women here are rude and inconsistent.
