Every time I am here Vincent and Lily are so super helpful. They really know their stuff and are super diligent in making my banking needs as a Single Mom swift and easy. I get lots of info about what my best options are with my Checking and Savings. I can tell they are very well trained. The Bank Manager, Brian is really amazing as well. Brian Bonn at US Bank in Cottonwood is top notch. He's always friendly and goes above and beyond to help when I have a need. I gladly refer people to him knowing he will take care of them.
I'm a customer of 7 years and have had multiple business accounts and credit cards with US bank in the past. When I went in today to withdraw money, the representative would not let me have access to my own funds. I was using the same identification I have used the whole time I've been a customer at this bank, and he said it was insufficient. Been coming to this branch for years. I get paid via Us bank checks. They’ve always been able to make the funds available immediately. But last 2 times I’ve gone the tellers has told me “we can’t do that. It’s standard 2-3 business days”. It’s a US BANK check going into a US Bank account. The tellers aren’t properly trained. Drove over to midvale branch. They did it in 2 minutes. No questions asked.
