It's GONE!
I drove across town. Its 10:30 they are supposed to open at 10. No one here
Their hours list they are open until 6 PM. Currently it is 5:30 and it's a ghost town. That was a waste of a detour to get here. Please update your hours to match when employees are actually staffing this location so you don't waste people's time.
Said their system was down which I understand, so they where unable to help me with my deposit. However, they where able to process the deposit of the gentleman ahead of me just fine. The older lady working was very unhelpful, didn’t offer any other solutions and couldn’t tell me how long the system would be down or if other branches where affected. This is why I use credit unions
Last time I was here, I farted silently whilst being helped and I think the manager smelled it. I want to apologize for you having to sit through what proceeded to come out of my foul arse. I don’t remember your name, but whoever helped me, I’m truly sorry for having to smell that terrible troglodyte/rotten egg like smell. Maybe Sincere Apologies.
