I’ve been waiting for four weeks for my card to show up and every time I called they weren’t the nicest and today I went to a different us bank and she looked to see what was going on with my card and told me that there was no card on its way for me so she ordered me one. The fact I’ve been waiting for four weeks for a card to show up to find out it never was ordered isn’t okay.
The staff is friendly and I’m never waiting long to be helped. Great branch!
