They had a promotional deal that was a scam. I setup a new account and a direct deposit and was supposed to receive $500 after two months of direct deposits. Not only did they not honor their deal, they started charging a $12 a month fee simply for having an account with them. I didn’t notice the fee for several months so I ended up paying them several hundred dollars for not honoring their deal.
Had a good experience. The clerk was quick and friendly. It was an in-and-out, 5-minute ordeal for me
Sat in drive through for 15 min and was ignored. Someone else finally pulled into another lane and was helped immediately (yes my lane was green/open). I went inside to see why and they gave me back my check & ID & refused to do their job and cash it. Went to another branch and they were friendly/helpful and happy to help. I would never go to this branch again!
