This morning, I went into the Starbucks there and left my phone. So in the afternoon i call and am put on hold for 27 MINUTES. Nobody would answer, ands of they did, they would transfer me to another part of the store! I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF MY PHONE WAS THERE!!! Because I couldn't get through to ANYONE, I had to waste my gas and drive to Safeway and personally talk to the person who was in charge.
