Vivian, the branch manager is extremely rude. Her energy is just off, I do not understand how she is a branch manager. I never have an issue at this branch with any other worker, everyone is extremely kind and nice EXCEPT VIVIAN. She has no kindness in her approach or response to questions. She feels extremely entitled and that is just so unethical. I am a hardworking human that makes a honest living, just trying to cash my check every Friday and she makes it so hard and uncomfortable. The teller was very nice but I have to give this rating for the bank manager Vivian. Horrible customer service. She saw us , walked in front of us while we were waiting there and stood at the teller window (from the customer side) and talked for almost five minutes to the teller. Ridiculous BS will be using a different bank from now on. Its the closest US bank to me and the manager made our experience garbage. Garbage location.
The manager she would make comments about me when I was reading what she wrote she said what you don't need to read that just move, this is the 3rd time she was very rude
I now understand why the one star reviews that the bank got. I had a scheduled appt for 4pm With Christian and when I reached the bank I was told that he is not there and there is no one to help out. No text or call about cancellation. Emergencies happen but that is not an excuse to not communicate. I hope they realize that they are not the only ones who work. Oh well, I hope they do better for future customers.
Christian was very professional and resolved my issue quickly!
