The lobby’s are closed, and now all drive thru’s except for one are closed, leaving a huge bottleneck, closing at 4:00. I recently had banking at 3 different banks, due to other business accounts, and this was the only bank closing their drive through lanes this early. I Have banked with USB for 20+ years, and customer service has steadily gone from bad to worse. 😡👎🏻very dissapointing, a good reason to consider moving this longstanding account! I'm not a customer of theirs but I tried cashing a check from a customer's of theirs and they made me go to a diff branch, then go in to that branch then charged me $7 to cash their CUSTOMERS check. I will make sure to never bank with them or take checks from their customers again. I will also make sure to try and hinder others from banking there.
