Absolutely absurdity. The name is U.S. Bank. Had to call customer service 4 times until I got someone that I could actually decipher their broken English. That person answers and says "this is carlos" ... bro your name isn't Carlos, its Utmar Japaal Singh. This shouldn't even be legal. You call yourself US Bank and cant even provide U.S. call center jobs? On top of that dont even care enough about the U.S. to regulate your Indian call centers to ensure the people answering the phone can speak decipherable English. Pathetic a... read more
