There are 3 things I will say about this branch. 1 they are malicious compliant with their rules. 2. If they can't scan your check it won't cash. I watched the teller miss it 3 times and say oh well. When the manager scaned the check it went first time. 3. I was in visible pain and asked for water. They f' in laughed. And said no. To sum it up worst bank service I have ever seen
US bank is so ironically un-American, they have zero compassion or care for our Military service members. My daughter had a US Bank account until today, because of their lack of support and compassion. She left for Marine Boot Camp in September and was under the impression her account was in good standing and that there were no monthly support fees. Today I find out that her account was over-drafted and in a negative balance of roughly 85 dollars. This was due to a "Monthly service Fee" that they charged her ($24.95) on a ze... read more
I'm so happy that I chose US BANK! I delt with this bank since 1999..or earlier..The workers here are unbelievable..They help you every which way that they can.
