Left this bank because they charge you $7 each month for not having $1000 or more depositing each month into your account and the only way to wave it is to get and USE the credit card. So they basically carge you for being poor.
I am very dissastified with US Bank both the local branch and the toll free number for assistance. I am working abroad and was told I could use email to verify my identity instead of a phone number. However, when I arrived, I can only be verified via a phone number that I no longer have. No one told me that I had to have a US phone number to be verified.
