Phones are always down or hanging up, computer often down, branch staff lock up earlier than closing hours, they can't fix when your lockwd out, and the branch and online support cant help. They're send you back and forth, support, branch, support, branch, with no solutions, no access. Customer service has little knowlege and they hang up on you, regardless if youll take your money out. Take your money elsewhere. They're a mess.
UPDATE! The manager at this branch is a very good at his job. At the time this situation was going on he wasn't in the branch and fixed it as soon as he could. It has been months since this happened and he remembered me and my situation, not something you typically get anymore. Even though he wasn't in the branch he said "it was my team so I am still responsible" and I have to commend him for being a good leader. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not use the investment part of this bank. Beware once they have your money they will not answer phone calls or emails. Avoid at all cost. Rogue valley has been wonderful
Avoid at all cost!!! They only care about their big cooperate profits. Do not let anyone use their investments department. They are unqualified and charge huge commissions on very poor advice. Avoid Rachel.
