0 stars , worst banking experience ever, in branch ok service, over phone they are rude, they decided to close my card without informing me until I went to make a purchase, then told me they closed it because I used it for purchases!

I recently moved out here, I have always found the tellers helpful and friendly. They do seem to chat a lot and they could use another teller. It gets pretty busy here.

Tellers were to busy talking to each other to notice customers. Very unprofessional & asked too many questions that were non of their business. Worst Branch I’ve ever been to.

I needed a cashier's check for a recent fundraiser and with the cash I also had coins totaling $17. 32. The cashier told me they wouldn't take the coins unless they were rolled. When I told him there were only partial rolls of the pennies, nickels and dimes, he asked his supervisor if they would take partial rolls and she said no. I told him when I did my banking at Chase they would take the coins and he said 'maybe you would like to take it there then'. I was the only customer at the branch, with 3 employees present.
