Went in to close the account. The branch manager was the one who helped me with this. Then I get an alert that my account is over drawn. She never closed my account. This kind of customer service is why I wanted to close my account.
I often go to the Benicia branch because they have more tellers than customers. Recently, I went in to transact a deposit. After completion of the transaction, I mentioned a Businer Advisor I was working with. Suddenly a Ms. Navarro appeared badgering me with questions as to my name, business, why I wanted to see the person, etc. She tried to come across friendly, but frankly I felt attacked and under an inquisition. Her aggressiveness felt unneccessarily intrusive. I will go to another branch in the future
