We do not recommend this bank ... Can not even open a simple business ... They had to call Minnesota to get permission --- Still no response -
Waited 20 minutes with ONE teller working and then they told me they CANT break a 20 dollar bill ... just totaly ineped help
Another successful visit to this local branch to deal with issues associated with my brother's accounts (250 miles away), as I am the surviving executor for his trust.
Went in to close the account. The branch manager was the one who helped me with this. Then I get an alert that my account is over drawn. She never closed my account. This kind of customer service is why I wanted to close my account.
