I have been coming to this branch for a year and a half and cashing my paychecks without issue. Until Ana Garcia. She refused to cash my paycheck. I asked why & she gave me some excuse. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I 100% believe she had a personal issue with me or was discriminating against me because of my appearance. I’m filing a complaint with corporate. & I’ll be coming back tomorrow to talk to a manager because mysteriously there is no manager.
Employees are well versed on their jobs and always willing meet our needs. Love Shawn, the manager.
I bank with capital one but sometimes I cash my checks through the bank that issued them. I have maybe cashed 25 checks between 2 branches. This is my 3rd time going to this branch and today these guys had to jump through hoops because he thought my PAYROLL check was fake. Called the account holder and said when a check is over 1000 dollars they like to check..
