I bank with capital one but sometimes I cash my checks through the bank that issued them. I have maybe cashed 25 checks between 2 branches. This is my 3rd time going to this branch and today these guys had to jump through hoops because he thought my PAYROLL check was fake. Called the account holder and said when a check is over 1000 dollars they like to check.. The agents are always professional , polite and eager eager to help.They dress very nice and are there at 10 on the dot.
My major complaint is not so much with this branch but the 4 customer service calls I've had regarding a simple transfer from my savings to checking. I have had to call 4 times and the each told me different answers every time and a simple transfer cannot go through I then went to this branch office and told it was done and it's still not done yet I asked for a manager to call me personally on the phone but I will be stopping by this branch and it's better get resolved soon or else I'll be switching my accounts to Wells Farg... read more
