Terrible service. I went to there drive-through ATM to withdraw money, there ATM withdrew my money and asked me to take my card but did not push my card out enough to be able to grab it. I tried to pinch it with my nails and it ate my card along with the $100 dollars it withdrew. I went inside, waiting for 5 minutes while the 2 employees were somewhere in the back, politely explained my situation in hopes they could help rightfully return me my card and my money. Would not take my $20 Bill's and give me a $100 because I dont have an account with them.
If you’re looking for a great bank to bank with its definitely not US Bank they are terrible with there customer interactions. And they don’t value what they say they will do to help you with your account.
Worse service ever, cashier lady wasn't even aware of how to do a business depósit. Was helping us with attitude I recommend any other us bank branch in vista except this one.
