Love this Bank Chris and the entire staff are great.
Worst customer service. Response time is between 2-4 weeks if at all. Left several messages and sent emails that are never responded to. Was told that they would give a refund for $934 and it was never received. DO NOT BANK HERE
I do not have the biggest account with U.S. Bank, but anytime I go into this branch they genuinely treat me with so much respect. Everyone is so friendly and they want to get to know you. Special shoutout to Chris and Xavier who just went above and beyond. You all make us feel so valued, which is a feeling I do not think I have ever had with a bank before. Thank you all for everything you do. I will never be switching to another bank because of this branch in particular.
