Very disappointing experience with U.S. Bank’s loan assumption closing process. My assumption Loan was approved and assigned to Elizabeth Howe at the Owensboro Airpark branch. Unfortunately, dealing with her has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. She almost never replies to emails unless customer service intervenes, and even then, communication stops again after a short time. This branch is very nice and will go out there way to help you. I went to the morgage building first. Tberes nothing but a building for clerks to do the morgages i asume. But ended up at this locatuon next and im bery pleased with the kind eople here. Thank you. My minds at peace now.
